These cleanses are all nice and quick, they are all very
different and I would suggest to do the Quick Cleanse in summer, the Blackmores
in autumn, the Natures Own in spring and the Vogel's in winter.
That way you can
try them all and decide which one works best for you. Just remember that
different things work at different times depending very much on the stress
around you and how you feel in general.
There are many more cleanses you can buy in the health food
shops and other outlets. I've just included a few mainstream ones here.
Unfortunately there is not one for all. The best overall cleanse, which I get
the best feedback on is still the oxygen based colon cleanser as
it is uncomplicated and very manageable.

In my experience this one is a good cleanse for "Kapha" ayurvedic bodytype
people (people who have some extra weight and can be a bit slow to get started and
who like their convenience).
Most "Vata" body type people (very skinny and very active mind) seem to have
more difficulties with this one and for them I recommend the
AIM Herbal
Fibreblend.

Rapid Cleanse™ 10 Day Detox Plan is specially formulated with herbs,

Digestive cleanser contains ingredients such as olive leaf for its
