Regular Liver flushing will go a long way to clean your liver and keeping a healthy liver as well as your ongoing enjoyment of all the 'naughty' things.

The liver

The liver is a 'long suffering' organ; we throw all kinds of toxic materials at it and it quietly detoxifies our bodies, usually without a grumble. Amongst its functions is the synthesis of proteins, blood cleansing, and the production of chemicals required for digestion. The liver is an especially important organ as it plays a role in metabolism, hormone production and old blood cell decomposition. It also stores glycogen for energy. The liver is multifunctional to say the least! We should learn to love our livers - our lives really do depend on it!

The liver functions closely with the cardiovascular system, digestive system and excretory system, and plays a key role in metabolism to ultimately maintain body homeostasis (balance).

The liver is credited as the primary detoxiying organ of the body - it filters one litre of blood every minute, powerful enzymes help the detoxifying process by breaking down toxins, chemicals, pesticides, medicines and alcohol into a form that is safe for elimination by the body.

Another major function of the liver is to support digestion by producing bile to break down both fats and fat-soluble vitamins, thereby aiding in their absorption and assimilation. Digested proteins and nutrients are absorbed by the small intestines to then be broken down by the liver into smaller particles. These particles are used by the liver promote a healthy liver can also encourage wellbeing and vitality.

The liver is responsible for a myriad of complex reactions that help to detoxify, fuel and energise the body. In order for the body to perform these reactions efficiently, a specific range of nutrients must be present, including amino acids, sulphur, and vitamins C and E.

Before you are flushing the liver

Be sure you have done the Parasite Killing program and the Kidney cleanse (if your Kidneys are weak) before you attempt the liver cleanse (Gallbladder flush). Be sure you've cleaned your colon with a oxygen based cleanser or some other cleanse.

There are 2 herbs that can help before doing a actual flush, or if you feel the flush is too much you might just want to do this and see if it makes you feel better.

'Chanca Piedra', known as the Stone breaker has a long history of usage in every tropical country where it grows. A German doctor, Dr. Wolfram Wiemann reports that he considers the herb a very important cure for gallstone and kidney stones. In over a hundred case histories, ninety-four precent of these chanca peidra had completely eliminated the calculi within a week or two. According to his records, not only was the herb infallibly successful in healing, but the only evidence of any side effect was an occasional case of cramps during the expulsion of stone. Dr. Wiemann believed the healing to be permanent. He prescribed it for years, never knowing it to fail or cause unpleasant side effects. During treatment, it is recommended to avoid fat food and drink abundant liquid since Chanca Piedra also has a diuretic effect. If you have any concerns regarding the gallbladder flush we recommend to take Chanca Piedra for two weeks before doing the flush.

You can also try a Castor Oil Pack to relief pain.

What will happen after the Liver Gallbladder flush?

gallstonesExpect diarrhoea in the morning and later in the day (due to the oxy powder). Look at the gallstones in the toilet with the bowel movement. Look for the green kind. You will see the gallbladder and liver stones floating. This is due to the cholesterol. Try to count them. You may repeat the liver cleanse at two week intervals until you got rid of 1000 - 2000 stones and crystals. Never do liver cleansing when you are ill.

You will also see a lot of light colored gravel looking tiny stones. This is also very important to get rid of as it is gunk that is sitting on the walls of your bile ducts.
If you feel not very good during the day you can support the process by giving yourself an enema. You want to make sure that all stones leave the colon. We recommend to take the Oxy-Powder even the next night again to flush out any stones that might be still in there. Depending on your colon cleanser you might not see large stones coming out.

Liver Support

If you feel your liver or gallbladder after the cleanse, we recommend to take a good liver tonic like Liverplex for support Liverplex is based on Dr.Hulda Clark's recommended herbal cleanse for the liver.

Liverplex formula can be used effectively on its own, or for best results do after Parasite cleanse and Kidney cleanse.

Other things you can do to support your liver health are:

Eat liver cleansing foods that are free from herbicides and pesticides (organic) are liver friendly. When consuming a food that has been grown without exposure to noxious chemicals, the liver does not become congested with toxins, and is less likely to accumulate heavy metals. Liver cleansign foods are: grapefruit, figs, plums, apples, pears, cherries, kiwi, papayaand watermelon. Kale, romaine lettuce, asparagus, beets, carrots, cabbage, brussel sprouts, garlic, broccoli, artichoke, onions. Organic raw nuts and seeds like Brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds or sunflower.

Regularly drinking filtered water helps to flush the liver of impurities. For adults, it is best to aim for one to two litres of water daily. However, if alcohol or coffee are used, the body requires a higher intake of water because these substances have a natural diuretic effect. Preferably, drink two glasses of water for each glass of alcohol or coffee consumed. Generally, alcohol or coffee consumption should be limited.

Allowing time for rest can have a positive effect on liver health. During relaxation periods, the adrenals cease releasing stress-related hormones, which permits the liver to rest from processing hormonal by-products.

The presence of green pigment in ripe fruits and vegetables can be used as an indicator of the food's potential to nourish the liver These pigments relate to phytochemicals, including antioxidants, which promote the liver's detoxification processes and bile production.
Some especially good green-food choices include spinach, broccoli, kale, celery, artichoke, asparagus, kiwi fruit and cereal grasses, such as BarleyLife. Other liver supportive fruits and vegetables include garlic, onions, beetroot lemons and berries.

Limiting the intake of sugar, refined carbohydrates and salt will help to prevent the build up of fatty deposits in the liver. A fatty liver is a result of surplus sugars and excess salt.

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1- 2 glove garlic
  • 5-10 drops Cayenne tincture or as much Cayenne pepper as you can handle (up to 1/8th teaspoon)
